Who I Am

I am Ganesh Jandhyam, an Oracle Database Administrator with hands‑on experience across Oracle Database versions from 9i to 19c and 23ai, including RAC, Exadata, and modern cloud platforms. I specialize in designing, implementing, and managing high‑performance, mission‑critical database solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments.​

My key focus areas include:

  • High availability and disaster recovery: RAC, Data Guard, ZDLRA, backups, and recovery strategies.
  • Migrations and upgrades: On‑premises to cloud (OCI, AWS, Azure), database cloning, and patching.
  • Performance tuning and troubleshooting: Optimizing database performance and resolving complex technical issues.​
